We are pleased to introduce Carrie Goldman (she/her), an exceptional attorney with over twenty years of experience as a civil litigator and social justice advocate. Carrie’s dedication to advocacy began when she earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Wheelock College in 1997. Recognizing the transformative power of the courtroom, she received a Juris Doctorate Degree from New England Law in 2001, paving the way for her legal career.

Carrie’s journey to her current role began as a Civil Litigation Associate in a mid-sized law firm. Within a few short years, she was promoted to Senior Associate, where she managed all aspects of the law firm. Carrie moved from there to a multi-state law firm as a Senior Associate handling all contested matters.

Carrie’s personal experiences as an adoptee, adoptive parent, and parent of a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as her two neurodivergent children, one of whom has schizophrenia, have provided her with invaluable insight into the struggles that many people face. These experiences have fueled her passion for creating a law firm where everyone is welcome, heard, and supported.

In her role as the driving force behind this law firm, Carrie combines her personal experiences with her decades of courtroom experience to provide her clients with unwavering support and advocacy. Carrie’s dedication to creating a safe space for all people shines through in everything she does. Fox Jarrin (he/him/his) comes to us as a dedicated and passionate professional of Massachusetts’ legal cannabis industry where he’s spent the last few years advocating for safe cannabis use/treatments. Fox helped to facilitate the opening of the very first retail dispensary in Massachusetts and has managed nearly all aspects of the industry since then. With an ever present and detailed focus on state compliance laws, Fox brings a unique perspective to the Goldman Advocacy Law team.

Fox is a proud and outspoken member of the LGBTQIA and neurodivergent communities with a passion for social justice and advocacy.

We are thrilled to introduce Heather (she/her), a highly experienced paralegal and client advocate who joins us with more than a decade of legal expertise. Heather began her distinguished career in a mid-size law firm, where she quickly rose to the position of Managing Paralegal within just a few years. She proceeded from there to a multi-state law firm where she was assigned to a Partner and Managing Associate. Her attorneys have commended her as the go-to person who “gets things done.”

Heather is not only a seasoned professional in her field but also a Domestic Violence survivor and a member of the neurodivergent community. Her personal experiences add a unique perspective to her approach to justice-seeking, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
